Import texts. Quotation duplicating problem

And I'm talking just about quotation marks duplicate. If you had.

after import you'll get
"Is this ""anotherworld"" trip for real?"
Typical workflow:
- export text to CSV
- import CSV to Excel to edit
- Export CSV. UTF-8 to make russian language work.
- Import CSV to AC.

What are your AC and Unity versions?

In my own testing, setting the encoding to UTF-8 alone causes no issue. I can only reproduce the resulting text if I set a quotation mark as the text delimiter when exporting the CSV in a spreadsheet tool.
Leaving this blank, and relying on a pipe (|) character as the field delimeter, gives no problem.
Open up the problematic CSV file in a raw text editor. In my case, the CSV file itself has updated to "Is this ""anotherworld"" trip for real?" - meaning AC was not making the change itself upon import.
