Once I unchecked Interactable , the options stopped moving to the outside, and the issue was resolved. I was able to get the behavior I wanted. Chris, thank you so much again for all your help!

I can now move the scroll bar even while posing. Thank you so much! Here is the video showing the problematic part. https://imgur.com/a/hB3RGLK If the loop behaves as intended, I won't use it, so there's no problem.
