The files are all there and from what I see in my Git logs, nothing has really moved place (didn't really expect it to).
I can try reinstalling AC but that seems to be a bit painful :(

Just in case someone finds this helpful, we managed to do what we wanted by using Psai along with Adventure Creator.
I created a custom action in Adventure Creator that triggers change in music in the Psai engine and it works beautifully.
