They're Unity UI in scene menus. Pretty much any UI element I have in the scene hierarchy has a new constant ID set.

The Playable Director components are pretty standard- a couple in each scene depending on what I'm doing with them, and I don't assign a timeline directly from the cutscene:

Problem solved- turns out the issue was caused by the Playable Director being set to PlayOnAwake in the inspector. I guess it must have been causing a conflict as it was also being run by an in-scene actionlist.

Nevermind- fixed it.
Not sure what was going on, but I think there was an association issue with the Title menu in AC.
To resolve the issue I made a copy of the Title menu, deleted the original, and renamed the copy to Title.
