"Duplicate for multiple lines" didn't seem to do anything.
I added a wait of 0.2 (0.1 didn't fix it) and that seems to have fixed it so thanks KevapAereo for that idea.

I'd also be ok with 1 inventory box with the 2 categories separated somehow. Worst case scenario I could have 2 separate screens that toggle on a button press but can still have combine actions work across both.

I'm not sure if I was clear but just thought I'd make sure... I am not using any sort of mouse clicking here, I am purely trying to select a hotspot, cycle interactions and select an interaction using keyboard (or controller) inputs.

Actually it still doesn't work until I press ESC unless I have "maximise on play" selected. So hopefully that means it will work when it's playing a build and just not in the editor.
I just realised I didn't have my camera put into the default in my scene settings but when I do it tells me "main camera doesn't have a main camera component" when it does. Doesn't change the sound situation though.
