[REQ] Separating scrolling text in subtitles from narration.
I like having scrolling text when characters talk, it's more natural to read along that way, but as a side effect the narration text also scrolls. Having set the narration window to resize to the text of the contents it gets a bit jarring to read:
Perhaps having a separate switch for scrolling narration text in the speech manager would be useful?
