Dialogue on top of Faded Camera

Hello,
Maybe I'm missing something but I was wondering if there is a way to have a dialogue visible after the camera faded.

    The camera fade is always drawn atop everything else, but you can rely on a full-screen black Menu - with a fade transition - instead if you want control over how other Menus render relative to it.
