Remove ":" from AC Menu Cycle Element

While the Toggle Element automatically removes the : character when leaving the label text field empty (turning "Subtitles: On/Off" to just "On/Off" for example), the Cycle Element doesn't. If the label text field is empty there is always a : in front of the element caption.

  • Good call, thanks - I will address this.

Off the top of my head, I believe there is also a different issue with the ":" character for both 'toggle' and 'cycle' elements - there is always an unwanted space before it, meaning the above example is displayed as "Subtitles : On/Off". While this looks correct in some languages (e.g. French), this is ungrammatical in many other languages, so it'd probably be best to remove the hard-coded ":" altogether and allow the user to add it to the label if they so desire.

  • Thanks for the advice - I wasn't aware of the potential grammar issues. I will consider things.
