How are you mapping audio to speech lines?
If it's "By Naming Convention", you can click the "Ping file" button within a Speech line's entry in the Speech Manager.
Not currently, but agreed that would be useful - I can look into it.
My mistake - this is already possible.
When using the Speech Manager's "Game text exporter" window, you can opt to create an "Audio File Presence" column, that denotes whether the audio is present or not.
