Which version of Unity is recommended

After long wishing it, finally I have decided to buy Adventure Creator.
I currently have Unity 2020beta installed, would it be advisable to use this version? or is it better to use the official 2019 or earlier?

The "safest" option is always to use the latest official release, in this case 2019.3. I'd say it's generally good practice to stay away from the beta release - especially when starting out with a new asset. It's possible that a bug or change with the beta could have affect AC.
That said, there's nothing specific to the 2020 beta that I'm aware of that should cause conflict with AC. If you do opt to use it, and encounter such an issue, just post here and I can look into it.
