I have made my Pause Menu to be called on input key. And I would like Pause Menu only be called out if there is no cutscene playing. Is there any easy way to achieve this. Any suggestion? Thanks a lot.

Set the Menu's Appear type instead to Manual, so that it can only turn on with a Menu: Change state Action.
Then, define an Active Input that listens to the "Menu" input (or whatever input you choose) during the Gameplay state. Associate this with an ActionList that contains the above Action, and it should then only kick in if the game is in regular gameplay mode.
