Action List - Actions will only slide left & right

AC Ver: 1.70.1
Hello,
I've just encountered an issue where actions at the bottom of my action list can't be moved freely. Instead they will only slide left / right.
Is this a known issue?

hi @Temmy, yeah, i reported this a short while back, and chris has already fixed it. you just need to update AC to the latest version (1.70.4)
