For every line of dialogue, I have to 'Gather lines' first for them to be assigned an ID for the speech. Then I proceed to rename the audio file to the corresponding ID.
Is it possible to assign the ID manually to the dialog in the actions?
I was just looking for a way to do this as well. I'm creating a series of "cutscenes" and each one has it's own narration file. In order to have the narration files named after each cutscene in a storyboard, this would be pretty ideal. I wonder if there's a way to implement this along with an onscreen text type system based on xml or json.
How is it currently assigning speech IDs? It seems to be completely random. This makes it somewhat difficult in generating scripts in terms of being sequential.
