Inventory Items with uneven behavior

Chris can you replicate this issue.

Before the update my inventory items work just fine, 
Now there are some issues

1- Inventory item not showing up on interaction menu (unless they are set to carry at start, if i get then from somewere ,they are not available) 
2-You can still drag-drop inventory from inventory menu but not always , for ex if i try to use inventory item twice (Card to open door) the second time it doesn work (and it worked fine before update)

What could be wrong?

    I can't recreate either of these errors.  Bear in mind that with the complexity of AC, what might work for one combination of settings doesn't mean all combinations work.  To properly replicate this I need to know exactly what your Settings Manager looks like.
