FPS problem, there is massive motion blurring when moving head/camera

I am using this guy's technique for setting up FPS camera in AC game.

It works fine, except when I look around, there is excessive motion blurring going on..
Is there an option to disable this? (I am using HDRP project)

    Ah...found it...
    The Post-process volume had motion blurring setting...
    I disabled it, the looking around is working fine now.
