Inventory menu disappears after pause menu

Hi Chris.

To give you an idea of the problem, here is what's happening in in my game:
My game starts with inventory and other menus turned off. During the gameplay, the main character step by step will activate these menus (including inventory). Some menus could be deactivated as well.

The problem begins when I resume the game - the inventory button (along with other menus that I have in my game) disappears from the scene. All Back buttons in the Pause menu are set to Crossfade (Obviously this function turns off inventory and all other menus). Sure I can set Appear Type to During Gameplay for my inventory menu and all other menus but the thing is that at some point of my game I want to hide different menus with action Menu: Turn On/Off Menu.

But this action is not working if I will setup Appear Type to During Gameplay for let say inventory menu.
Any idea of how this can be fixed?
