I wonder if Adventure Creator can be used for making games (interactive books) like Florence (). I know that AC is focused on point-and-click games. But AC can create mini-games, so that's why I'm thinking about this.
Maybe someone can share their thoughts about it?

Welcome to the community, @777Super.
I'm not familiar with the above game - but after giving it a look-over, I'd say a lot of it is deceptively simple. While the interactions are generally not too complex, there's enough variety in them for me to think custom scripting, or an asset more closely-aimed at this kind of gameplay, would be a better fit for it. This is generally true of most minigames, since their behaviour tends to be more unique and specific than regular "adventuring" gameplay.
A lot of it likely could be done with AC, but I imagine you'd need to build some quite complex logic chains / ActionLists to achieve something that'd be more appropriate and simple to do with dedicated code.
