[Feature Request] Hotspot - Multiple Limit to Camera fields (list) with option to negate the logic

As per other request,

would be nice if in the inspector we could have a collapsible list of cameras which, could:

• enable a hotspot if it's in the list
• disable the hotspot if it's in the list and the flag "Exclude if in list" is true.

Got it. This was... part of the other request, I thought having it separate would have made sense. But you're right, this is not a ticket/bug report system so it may be unnecessary.
