Feature Request: Inventory active graphic overlay

I was wondering if it would be possible to have an overlay over the main graphic, as the active graphic? It would save me time and storage from making 20 separate active graphics with a green outline, and instead just have 1 graphic with a green outline and transparent middle that overlays the icon when clicked.


  • I'm assuming each inventory graphic you're using has the same silhouette? I feel that would be too unique to your own needs, since it's more common that each inventory item would be a different shape.

    If you're using Unity UI, you could likely automate this by configuring an animated Transition on the Button component - attaching an "overlay" child graphic that is made visible in the "Highlighted" state.
