Relative volume ignored on Footstep Sound component

When you specify volume variance on a Footstep Sound component, the relative volume specified on the sound component isn't taken into account.
So what I'm saying is that no matter if the relative volume is set to 0 or 1, as soon as you specify a volume variance on the Footstep Sound component, it acts like the relative volume was set to 1.
