Feature Request: AC_Trigger events

Hey all!

I prefer to use C# scripting for most of my AC scripting, and for the most part I can replicate the Actions in script, but I'm having trouble coming up with a good way of responding to Triggers in script. It would be great if AC_Triggers would send events via the EventManager, the same way Hotspots do. I can add this myself, but it would be great if it was part of AC, so when I update I don't have to go and re-add it each time.

Currently I'm having triggers send a message to my main scene script on enter/exit, which I can set up via script, but it feels slightly clunky.
