Player starts on floor?

In the last release I had my playerstart marker up in the air, and my player would spawn there and fall through a series of triggers and land. In this new one somehow it has changed, if the start marker is up high, my player still appears on the floor - so the triggers dont get hit. Is there something I need to do to fix this? Or maybe Im doing it wrong anyway, triggering things like this? I put them in the air only so the player cant hit them again and start things back off. I guess I should be disabling the triggers after they get hit. Any thoughts (particularly on triggering initial things that will happen on starting the game)?

  • I can't see why the player wouldn't appear at the playerstart - should still work as it did before.

    Have you tried defining a "Cutscene on start" for your scene?  That's basically there so you don't have to create triggers for your scene's opening.
