Interaction Use -> Is skippable not working

Hello All!

I have a hotspot that does a "Use".  On that Interaction, I have unchecked "Is skippable?" and when I play dialog, you can left click to jump pass it.

Is this the desired effect or am I missing how to use "Is skippabe?".  Basically I want to force what I am giving them to be played and not bypass it.

It seems that I had in the Speech "Allow subtitle skipping" checked.  Nvm

There's a difference between speech skipping and ActionList skipping.  The "Is skippable?" checkbox on ActionLists refers to the ability to skip through an entire sequence when the "EndCutscene" input button is triggered.  Speech skipping is reserved for just the Dialogue: Play speech Action, and is triggered by a left-click.
