Subtitle Element: Typing Noise?

Hey everyone,

Thanks for your quick help with my first question. This is a great community! Another quick one, and this time I swear I really did RTFM...!

I love how the text 'types' on in subtitle windows within AC, but is there a way of adding a sound effect to it, and effectively creating a sort of 'typewriter' effect for it? Think of the noise you sometimes hear as text is typed on in survival horror games and the like.

Not yet, but it's an interesting suggestion.  My only issue would be how it may conflict with speech audio which might also play - perhaps if the "typing" sound only played if there was no line-specific audio?

Yes, I think that would definitely be alright - with this kind of effect, I think you want the player to be reading on-screen rather than listening to a v/o of a voice actor anyways.
