Make UI button react to PointerDown instead of release?

I use Unity UI prefabs for my menus, and I just realized that the buttons react to the release of my mouse button instead of instantly when the mouse button is pressed down (like in the standard AC menus).

How do I set up a UI button in my Unity UI prefab to react to mouse button down and make it work with AC?
