Object: Transform transition length change request

Right now a transition can be up to 10 seconds in length.  It's useful for camera panning though. Making the default maximum 100 or even 1000 would be nice.  100 is probably more than adequate though.  I had to modify the source, I'm worried about updating in the future and opening an action list where the max hasn't been modified, it would overwrite my settings.  

This a possible change? Seems useful.

Yes, should be.  I'll either increase the cap or make it a float field.
