[Error] Cannot gather dialog related speech

When I Gather Text in the Speech Manager, it pulls in Inventory Items, Menu text, etc. just fine.

What it won't pull in is any Dialog/Speech text.  I've tried adding ActionList speech from both other characters and the player, from an ActionList asset as well as local.  No matter how much speech text I add, Gather Speech never works.

When I Reset Text and/or do a new Gather Text, I get this error:

  • Please include AC and Unity version numbers - this is particularly important when posting Console errors.

    How do you mean that you tried adding Dialogue: Speech Actions from various sources?  It should find them automatically via your scenes and Manager references - as opposed to you directing it manually.

    Are all your scenes listed in your Build Settings, and is it succesfully collecting Hotspot names?
  • Aha! I didn't have all my scenes in the Build Settings.  I wasn't aware that was required.  Thanks!
