2D Direct Control Deceleration Issue

When I am using Direct Control in 2D mode, the deceleration value seems to have no effect on the duration/distance of the Player change from walking to idle. Currently it takes too long for the Player to stop from walking, what options may I use to adjust this effect?

    Sorry I just realized it is because the gravity value of the input axis set to too low, so the axis input takes long to decrease to 0 after the key is released. Now it is solved. The deceleration value works without problem.
