Scene Switching Issue

I've got a scene switching system set up. However, its having a few issues. When I try to switch to any level from Room 1, it doesn't work. The camera fades out, but the scene doesn't change. However, when I start in Room 2, I can switch between both rooms just fine. So it works in this scenario. But not when I start in Room 1.

Have you added both scenes to your Unity Build Settings?  How are you referencing each scene - by name or by number?
