Keeping free-aim after camera switch

hi,
I have a game in first person seting and i need sometimes switch to another cam so i'm using the manage system action and it work good but i lost the free-aim control.
Does it possible to maintain it even in None setting?

Thanks for your time and your great asset.

  • Welcome to the community, @Ecolo.

Free-aiming is only possible when in first-person mode, so if you switch Movement method then the camera won't allow for it.

You can, however, incorporate a custom "first person" camera script by attaching it to a SimpleCamera in your scene.  A SimpleCamera has no movement controls of its own, so any script you attach to it will have full control, and you can likely find a good free-aiming camera script on the Unity wiki/forums.

More on incorporating custom cameras can be found in the "Custom cameras" chapter of the Manual.
