Point-and-click player movements

Hi,

My player moves backwards towards a click point. Is there a place to set the player rotation during movement?  Also, how do you get the player to slip back into idle animation when not moving?

I assume you are working in 2D, then this tutorial should tell you everything you need. There is also a tutorial for 3D characters. Basically, make sure multiple directions is checked and set which direction mirrors the other. walk to idle should happen automatically.

I found a solution. It's a legacy-animated 3D character.  Even though I had followed the instructions on

it still faced backwards towards the click spot until I re-exported the character from my content creator to have Z forward instead of -Z forward.
