Is it possible to capture the gameObject created by action "Object/Add"?

I use action "Object/Add" to create a gameObject(prefab),and I want to remove it after few seconds,but there is no appropriate action to do this.If i drag the prefab into the remove box,the prefab will be deleted instead of the new gameObject.

  • What version are you using?

    Make sure that the prefab has a Constant ID component with "Retain in prefab?" checked, and then re-assign the fields.  Are these Actions in an ActionList asset or a scene-based one e.g. a Cutscene?
