Keep camera effect off even when changing scene

Hi everyone, i have a camera effect which turn off after OnStart cutscene has ended and i want to keep off the camera effect even when i come back in that zone, i was able to create a variable to check if cutscene already started (thanks to the forum) but i don't have any idea on how to keep camera effect off! any idea about that? I'm desperate XD
