Hi guys,

Is it possible to modify the settings (options) menu and make it something like this?

I mean the settings, and not the design.

I really need more settings than what the Default options menu has.

Yes - but due to the unlimited number of such settings you could implement, this is done via Global Variables and a little custom scripting.  This tutorial covers one of the most common settings - a resolution option.
