Temporarily disable AC camera movement

I need to play a camera animation initially for which I found a script which works fine:
But the problem is, this camera animation plays only in case the Camera does not have the Main Camera script attached. If it's attached, AC overrides the camera movement (which of course makes sense). If there's no Main Camera script, then AC will raise an error and also the menu won't work.

What's the best way to use this camera animation script with AC?

  • Attach it to a regular Camera, that has AC's "_Camera" script component.  This will make the camera "visible" to AC's camera system, and can be used with Actions, scene settings etc just like any other GameCamera.  You can read more on this in Section 4.6 of the Manual.
