Text colour highlight + 'Already chosen' colour

Currently, I've got my Conversation elements using text colour (highlighted) to give feedback from mouse hover. I noticed that if you are using an 'Already chosen' color, the text colour (highlighted) color is not used. If an option has already been chosen, the highlight is overridden.

Is there a way to get this to work?

    A simple code change to MenuDialogList.cs lines 364-371 could do it, but I'll consider adding an option for doing this automatically.

    Ok thanks, I'm still just getting oriented and I want to see what is and isn't possible.

    If I make changes to code, then you update, is that going to cause problems? I'll probably just avoid it for now if that's the case.
