Dark/Black Objects after scene load

As the title says..
Issue with all gameobjects becoming dark/black after a scene load.
Works fine if I use THAT scene only, but loading a scene causes it
Here is a vieo of it..
Sorry it is crooked, I used Nvidia ShadowPlay and no clue why is is not a straight screen grab!

  • I´ve noticed the same issus. I think it has something to do with Autobaking. Did you try a build? 
  • Correct - this isn't an AC issue, but is down to Unity's automatic lightmap baking feature.

    If you uncheck Automatic at the bottom of the Lighting window, and then click Bake, Unity will cache the scene's lighting permanently - allowing the results to be survive scene changes.

    This is an issue for the Editor only - builds should work regardless.
  • I figured it was Unity but had not seen this behaviour before.
    I did a bake on my test scene and it was still black so it appears it was something between the titlescreen and test that was not reset.
    After baking the titlescreen it does work as expected.

    (And to think..in all other projects I always go to lighting and turn off automatic...but this one time...sheesh!)
  • True, I've gotten used to un-ticking automatic too. Not sure if this was fixed in Unity 5.4 but is a pretty common issue in 5.3 and before...
