improvement: Unity-UI Inventory Shift left/right Button

we have the possibility to "Only show when effective?".
I think when unchecked and the UI button is still visible but un-effective it should be set "interactable = false".
otherwise users might be confused that nothing is happening when they tap/click the button.

unity allows us to set a different color for the disabled state, which is a nice usecase.
so the place wouldn't be empty but the disabled color indicates that the button is not clickable
