Journal and Documents

I was reading through the tutorials for reading documents and using the journal / diary system, and was wondering if there was some way of combining the two - by which I mean have documents (that the player picks up) become pages in the journal, and can therefore be viewed by the player whenever they want.

New pages can be added to a journal with the Menu: Change state Action.  Documents viewed separately would have to be separate pages/journal elements, however.

Hmm, perhaps then, I'll have my character make a summary of a read document on a new page in his journal. B-)
