Screen Scroll issues

Hi,

I seem to be having specific screen scroll issues on a couple of scenes (where the scene is large in width)

The player seems to be having a bit of wobble and get stuck, please see screenshot of camera inspector and video of issue here:

Any reason why this is causing me an issue?

There's no context to the video to shed any light. Does it work if you use a stationary camera or one that has no Constrain locks on it?
