Set your Inventory menu's Appear type to On Input Key, and enter the name of an input that triggers it. Then create an Input by the same name in Unity's Input Manager, which is mapped to mouse 1.
That will toggle the inventory open and shut with the RMB. If you want greater control (e.g. have it only open the Menu, not close), instead use Active inputs to run an ActionList when the input is triggered. See section 2.14 of the Manual for more on that.
