Merge 3d animations in a single FBX file

edited April 2016 in Technical Q&A
Hello to all,
I don't know if the question is relevant in this forum but I try to ask.
I have several FBX animations taken from Mixamo. To use them in AC, I need to gather them all in a single FBX file as it would appear for Brain and Robot in the demo?
Before moving to AC I had to transform and unite animations in .X format and I could do it through FragMotion but now what should I do with FBX files?
I admit I don't know how to use 3ds Max very well but I have not found a way to unite all the animations.
Is possible to do it directly in AC? And I need to do it to use animations in AC?
Someone could give me some guidance?

  • AC stores it's animations for each character into one file for convenience only, but there is no such requirement.  Your animations can be split across multiple FBX files if you prefer - but this topic is for the general Unity forum rather than AC.
  • Thanks Chris!
