[Feature Request] Change Color of Actions in ActionList Editor.

ActionLists can get really messy for complicated scenes, and I find myself constantly wishing that I could change the color of the actions in the editor to organize them better. It would be very helpful! 

(If this can already be done someone please tell me how, I've been looking for it everywhere.)

Yes, it can - open up the Actions Manager and select an Action.  You'll find the ability to tint any Action's type.
