I think I've encountered a small bug:
When using Audio Mixer Groups to control volume, the option settings don't take effect at runtime until either the options menu or a new scene is opened.
Recreated with a fresh project using AC 1.51 and Unity 5.3.4f1
I've managed to work around it with a GameObject in my opening scene that runs a bit of code lifted from OnLevelWasLoaded in Options.cs, but I thought I'd report it anyway.
