Possible physics bug?

Hi,

Not sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong.

Using the moveable check track position:

1. Check condition equal to be, for eg .9 (doesn't really matter, happens no matter what number)
2. Set error margin to 0 (or other, also no difference)
2. Check the read out at run time and the action list triggers at a very low number eg. .1 (pretty much as soon as I start the movement.)

When I test using greater than,  eg. > .9 it works fine.

Using 1.50i. 

Any assistance would be appreciated.
