Player switch, sorting layer mess up

Hi,

When i swap between players in different scenes, ie, start scene, player A, then scene 1, player B, it seems to mess up the layers for Player B, whereas if I just start on scene 1 player B's layer ordering is ok.

Would all players have to have exactly the same layer ordering? Ie arms, legs, nose, eyebrows for this not to happen?

    im not sure, but my guess is yes.

    you could create two sorting maps and swtich from one to another
  • If your characters have each body part on a different sprite, you would either have to ensure each character has the same ordering, or place each character on a different sorting map.  I would recommend the former.
