Rotating 3rd person game camera on touch screen

Hey everyone. I'm playing around with a new project and I'm trying to figure out how to rotate the 3rd person game camera on a touch screen. Anyone? Thanks! :D

Update: Solved by locking spin rotation and checking always behind target.
