Strange issue with "force aspect ratio"

When I have "force aspect ratio" checked in the AC Game Editor settings I get this weird black line in the game screen (see the red circle).  It disappears when I uncheck "force aspect ratio".  I'm using 16:9.  Anyone seen this before?

In what version of Unity?  Does this occur in builds, or just the Editor?
