Recommending a text asset

Hey there..

I'm looking to use a"text"package for my interactive children story, from the unity asset store (perhaps something that animates text) I want to know is there any that are not compatible with adventure creator or any that someone could recommend?

I've found TextMeshPro is quite good - a bit complicated in terms of which version is available with what version of Unity, etc, but generally it's got some good features.

You'll generally want something that integrates into Unity UI - because AC can then handle the display of it.  In the case of TMPro, they actually use a new type of Text component - so it won't be directly compatible with AC.  What you could do, however, is have AC control a "hidden" Text object, and use a custom script to copy the text from one to the other.
