Menu - actionlist when turn on/off

Hi,

When Pausing game (using the modified demo menus) an ActionList wont run. 

Please see linked screens of settings of menu, and the ActionList.

Tried all sorts to get the other menu to hide, but to no prevail.

Driving me insane,
